This beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath villa, sleeps 10. Has 2 queen, 2 full and 2 twin beds.
The villa has a fully operating kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, microwave oven and coffee maker, etc. Breakfast bar, kitchen table and dining room.
Outside it has a covered lanai with outside fan and light. Pool is screened in and ranges in depth from 3 - 6 foot.
All doors leading to the pool have alarms and the lanai has a newly installed childs safety fens. All five of the bedrooms have TV's with cable and the Great Room has TV with Cable and a VCR and a stereo system.
This villa is beautifully decorated and maintained.
Tile floors cover the villa, except in the bedrooms. The garage area houses a pool table and also a washer and dryer. It is adjacent to the kids Playground. Swings and a jungle gym for the little ones.
Take a stroll down the path, and you fill find golfing greens, basketball nets and tennis courts.
Very close to restaurants and stores.
