This four bedroom, three bath villa is of a high quality. The pool area has a lanai and covered eating area, there is also a decked area to the lawn at the rear of the pool which overlooks Starlake.

The garage is convarted to accommodate a pool table, table tennis table . There is also a playstation II with games available.

There are televisions in every bedroom, all of which have cable and one which has a DVD player attached. There is a VCR in the living room and a portable stereo system.

The utility area has bath washer, dryer, iron and ironing board which is linked to the fully fitted kitchen.

Although the villa is ill air conditioned all bedrooms come with ceiling fans for your comfort.
